The congress of the Party cells under the grassroots Party Committee for the 2025-2027 term is a broad political activity within the Party. Currently, the direction of the preparation for the organization of the congress is being carried out urgently, seriously and with quality by the Party cells in Quang Ninh. The good organization of the congress is an important premise for the Party cells to further improve the quality of their activities in the coming time.
On January 6, 2025, the Party Cell of Hamlet 4, Hai Hoa Commune (Cam Pha City) will hold a model congress for the 2025-2027 term. Ms. Khong Thi Ngo, Party Cell Secretary, Head of Hamlet 4, said: Currently, the Party Cell is highly focused on completing the congress documents, focusing on the political report to be submitted to the 10th Party Cell Congress for the 2025-2027 term. In particular, focusing on honestly, objectively and comprehensively assessing the actual situation and results of implementing the Resolution of the Party Cell Congress for the 2022-2025 term, especially the tasks of caring for people's lives, maintaining security and order, and implementing democracy regulations at the grassroots level; tasks of building and developing party members.
In the 2022-2025 term, Party Cell 4 has done a good job of thoroughly grasping the directives and resolutions of the superiors and concretizing them in resolutions and plans of the Party Cell to organize and achieve and exceed the targets set by the Resolution of the Party Cell Congress. Rural infrastructure has developed, gradually creating an increasingly prosperous rural appearance. Currently, there are no more near-poor households in the village. Income is stable, people's lives are increasingly improved. Every year, the village maintains the title of cultural village; cultural families reach over 97%. Political security, social order and safety are maintained, crime prevention models are effective. The Party Cell has developed 2 Party members, exceeding the target of the Party Committee's diplomatic mission and the target set by the Resolution of the Party Cell Congress. The Party Cell always maintains the title of exemplary clean and strong Party Cell, 100% of Party members complete their tasks well or better.
Along with preparing the congress documents, the Party Cell of Village 4 is currently ensuring that the preparations for the congress such as personnel work, building the operating script, propaganda, decoration, etc. are on schedule. Recently, the election of the village chief for the 2025-2027 term was held, and the re-elected personnel of Village 4 received 100% of the votes of confidence to continue as village chief. The success of the village chief election as well as the results achieved in the 2022-2025 term are a solid foundation for the Party Cell of Village 4 to successfully organize the congress for the 2025-2027 term, continuing to lead and direct the successful implementation of the Party Cell's planned directions and tasks for the next term.
Similarly, the Khe Tam village Party Cell, Nam Son commune (Ba Che district), after the success of the village chief election, is now actively preparing for the Party Cell Congress for the 2025-2027 term. Mr. Ly Manh Thuong, Party Cell Secretary, Head of Khe Tam village, said: The Party Cell is focusing on preparing documents and personnel work for the new term. In particular, discussing and agreeing on a report on the implementation results of the Party Cell Congress Resolution for the 2022-2025 term, building it concisely, in detail, clearly, clearly stating the comprehensive results achieved in implementing political tasks; proposing directions, tasks, specific goals and solutions for the 2025-2027 term that are in line with the actual situation of the Party Cell and are highly feasible. In particular, the personnel work is being carried out in accordance with the process. The Party Cell is planning personnel, and will submit it to the Party Cell for comments to finalize personnel.
In addition, Khe Tam village Party cell has carefully studied the instructions from superiors on the process of organizing the congress, instructions on decorating the congress. Before the congress took place, the Party cell proactively researched and rehearsed in advance to ensure that the management of the content and program of the congress took place smoothly, according to instructions...
According to the direction of the Provincial Party Committee on the organization of Party Congresses at all levels, Party cells under the grassroots Party Committees will complete the Congress before January 15, 2025. To ensure the set progress, nearly 5,000 Party cells under the grassroots Party Committees in the province are actively implementing preparations for the Congress. The grassroots Party Committees focus on leading, directing, and guiding the subordinate Party cells to implement.
Secretary of the Ka Long Ward Party Committee (Mong Cai City) Bui Thi Thuy Nga said: The Party Committee assigned the comrades assigned to be in charge of the Party cells to grasp the situation, guide and urge the Party cells to prepare conditions for organizing the congress, in which special attention is paid to building congress documents and personnel work for the new term. In order for the Party cell congresses to become a broad political activity, the Party Committee of the ward advocates launching emulation movements in each Party cell; each Party cell registers at least one part of the work, mobilizing all cadres and people to participate. Through grasping, currently 12/12 subordinate Party cells are urgently carrying out the work according to the set schedule, striving to complete the Party cell congress before January 15, 2025.
With a high sense of responsibility, the Party cells under the grassroots Party Committees in the province are actively implementing preparations for the congress. In addition to completing draft documents and reviewing personnel, Party Committees at all levels also focus on information and propaganda work to raise awareness among cadres, Party members and people about the meaning and importance of the congress. Exciting emulation movements have been launched to create an atmosphere of competition to achieve achievements to welcome the congress, while contributing to exceeding the targets set in the resolution for the term.
