Today (June 25), Vietnam-Germany University announced the benchmark scores for early admission methods for regular university level in 2024.
Specifically, the school's early admission methods include: TestAS entrance exam, high school academic results, direct admission, and international high school certificate.
Accordingly, the admission score in 2024 for the TestAS method is 90/130 points (combined from the basic exam and the specialized exam). The top students in the school's exam are Phung Vo Minh Hieu with 129.2 points in the economics exam and Hoang Ngoc Huy with 125.6 points in the engineering exam.
With the method of considering high school academic results, in 2024, the admission score will be calculated based on the average of 6 flexible subjects according to the economic and technical majors.
Admission scores based on transcripts (except high school graduation requirements) for specific majors are as follows:
The school conducts direct admission for candidates with excellent academic achievements in 3 years of high school; candidates with excellent high school student awards at provincial/municipal level or higher; candidates with international high school certificates such as SAT, ACT, A-Level, WACE and equivalent certificates.
In addition to achieving the above admission score, Vietnam-Germany University requires candidates to satisfy the English entry requirement equivalent to an academic IELTS score of 5.0 or a high school English score of 7.5. This year, 79% of admitted candidates had a qualified IELTS certificate.
