Second, Agribank is the first unit to coordinate with the Audit Training and Development School to implement this Program.

Third, this is the first class to inaugurate the smart classroom system and the newly renovated and comprehensively upgraded facilities of the Audit Training and Development School.

In the context of increasing demands for transparency, efficiency and accountability in public and corporate financial management, equipping staff with international standard knowledge and in-depth practices is an essential requirement.

The goal of this training program is not only to improve professional qualifications, but also to form a professional ecosystem in which auditors, financial-accounting staff and managers of auditing units all share a common foundation of thinking and professional standards.

Applying IFRS brings many practical benefits to businesses, improving the quality and reliability of financial reports, enhancing management capacity, corporate brand reputation, increasing customer confidence, and facilitating access to international capital.

For that reason, Agribank always proactively approaches and implements IFRS to realize its commitment to sustainable, safe and effective development, maintaining its leading role in the banking sector.

With a large scale, a wide network of more than 40,000 staff, 162 level 1 branches, 1,766 level 2 branches and 2,000 transaction points, Agribank's transition to IFRS will face many difficulties and challenges, especially when human resources are spread across the country, from cities to rural areas, remote areas...

Agribank representative emphasized that the course jointly organized by the State Audit Office and ACCA is important to Agribank, not only providing knowledge but also sharing experiences from the audit implementation process.

This is an opportunity for Agribank to express its difficulties and problems to the State Audit Office and listen to the answers. Therefore, the trainees need to promote the spirit of learning, acquiring knowledge for themselves, and at the same time be responsible for communicating, consulting, and advising the leaders of the State Audit Office and Agribank to share common professional background so that Agribank can implement many initiatives, ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
