Born in 1993, since she was a student, Ms. Ha has been "fated" with the Youth Union and youth movements. The times she participated, organized and implemented activities brought her positive energy and a special sense of attachment. These were not just temporary experiences, but gradually became catalysts to nurture a deep passion for the Youth Union, forming an ideal of life and dedication to the community.

During her time working at Factory Z115, Ms. Ha was fortunate to be assigned to concurrently work as a union member. The military environment with its discipline, responsibility and close cohesion helped her grow up day by day. Not only accumulating organizational and management skills, Ha also trained herself to be patient, listen, support and inspire the union members and youth in the unit, so that together they could effectively carry out and complete all assigned tasks.

For her, a youth union officer must always maintain enthusiasm, discipline and a spirit of dedication. At the same time, in the context of a rapidly changing society, creativity and the ability to adapt to change also become key factors, helping the youth union promote its pioneering role, acting as a bridge between the young generation and the ideal of positive living and social responsibility.

Youth Month 2025 is a milestone that recognizes the great efforts of the Z115 Youth Union under the close direction of the Party Committee, the Factory Board of Directors and the sense of responsibility and enthusiasm of the Youth Union staff, including the outstanding leadership role of the Youth Union Secretary Duong Thi Thu Ha. With nearly 400 members, the Z115 Youth Union has implemented many synchronous activities, closely following the political tasks of the unit and bearing the mark of creative, proactive, and dedicated youth for the community and for the common mission.

Ms. Duong Thi Thu Ha: We clearly identify that each activity during Youth Month is not just a superficial movement, but must be closely linked to reality, practically serving the production and combat tasks at the unit. When union members clearly see the meaning of their work, they will be more proactive, more enthusiastic and more responsible for each task.

All youth union branches in the unit have registered and completed youth projects and tasks in March, from overtime production to meet order progress, environmental sanitation, whitewashing trees, landscape renovation to repairing and upgrading playgrounds for children of cadres and employees. These tasks are living proof of the spirit of "Wherever there is a need, there is a youth, wherever there is difficulty, there is a youth", the slogan has been realized by the youth of Z115 with concrete actions and clear results.

The Z115 Youth Union has built the "Youth Garden" project with nearly 1,000 trees, with a total cost of over 100 million VND, demonstrating its determination to build a green - clean - beautiful environment, improving the quality of life of the unit. The Union also coordinated with local organizations to carry out many meaningful volunteer programs: supporting the program "Eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses" for the Quyet Thang Commune Union; organizing volunteer activities in Mo Ba hamlet, Tan Long commune (Dong Hy) with a cost of nearly 59 million VND, including gifts of study and milk for 168 children in the highlands and practical support for over 50 households in difficult circumstances.

In addition, the programs "Spring of Love - Zero-dong Booth" and "Giving Love, Receiving Smiles" at Thai Nguyen Central Hospital also strongly spread the spirit of sharing, bringing love to the community. Along with that, peak activities such as Volunteer Saturday, Green Sunday, the contest to learn about the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification were also widely deployed, attracting the participation of a large number of cadres and union members in the unit. Notably, in March 2025, the Z115 Youth Union recognized more than 100 initiatives and technical improvements applied to production practices, and submitted 4 works to participate in the "Creative Youth in the Army" award.

With innovative thinking and sensitivity to current events, Thu Ha has proactively advised on the implementation of the "Online Union" model - a creative way of working in the digital age. Through social networking platforms, union members are connected, updated with information, participate in online activities, promote good people - good deeds, and replicate effective models through news articles and short reports. Bringing technology and digital media into youth activities is not only an inevitable trend but also an important lever to help the Union reach young people more effectively, spreading the positive values ​​of the union organization and the unit to the community.

Duong Thi Thu Ha's efforts and silent but effective contributions have been recognized with many noble awards: Certificate of Merit from the Political Commissar of the General Department of Defense Industry in the 2024 Cluster-level Young Propaganda Contest; Certificate of Merit from the Chief of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army at the Army-wide Young Propaganda Contest; Certificate of Merit from the Central Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union for outstanding achievements in Union activities and youth movements in 2024.
