The press release on the closing session of the 9th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee of the Party Central Office said:
On the morning of May 18, the Central Committee held its closing session at the Conference Hall. General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong chaired the Conference.
Comrade Pham Minh Chinh, Politburo member and Prime Minister chaired the Conference.
Comrade Luong Cuong, Politburo member and Standing member of the Secretariat, presented the Politburo's report on reception and explanation of the Central Committee's discussion opinions at the Conference.
The Party Central Committee passed Resolution of the 9th Central Conference.
Comrade Nguyen Phu Trong, General Secretary delivered the closing speech at the Conference.
