Hoang Long Mineral Exploitation Investment Company Limited (Hoang Long Company Limited) operates under License No. 1659 GP-UBND, issued on July 1, 2021, by the People's Committee of Binh Thuan province.

On February 28, 2023, Hoang Long Company Limited issued Notice No. 20/TB/2023 on Hoang Long Company Limited's temporary suspension of mineral exploitation activities to agencies, departments and branches. Now Hoang Long Company Limited will resume mineral exploitation activities at the sand mine in Hamlet 3, Tan Duc Commune, Ham Tan District, Binh Thuan Province, according to the granted license. The resumption of operations will start from 9:00 a.m. on August 15, 2023.
