ANNOUNCEMENT Public handling of violations of traffic order and safety through the centralized camera surveillance system in Ha Giang province

On March 27, 2025, the Traffic Police Department, Ha Giang Provincial Police issued Official Dispatch No. 337/TB-PC08 (D2) announcing the public handling of violations of traffic order and safety through the centralized camera surveillance system to ensure traffic safety and security and order in Ha Giang province.

Previously, on March 24, 2025, the Traffic Police Department of Ha Giang Provincial Police received the handover of a centralized surveillance camera system to ensure traffic safety and security and order in Ha Giang province for exploitation and use.

The Traffic Police Department of the Provincial Police Department publicly announces to the people to know and strictly comply with the following contents:

1. Starting from 00:00, April 1, 2025, the Camera system (cold fines through images, Camera system) at roads and intersections in Ha Giang province will officially come into operation (with attached list). Accordingly, violations such as: Failure to comply with traffic light signals; driving at a speed exceeding the prescribed speed; failure to comply with signals and instructions of signs and road markings; not driving in the correct lane or road section; stopping and parking in violation of regulations and other violations of traffic safety will be strictly handled according to the provisions of law.

2. Surveillance via camera system is carried out 24/7 on all days of the week/month/year.

3. Require vehicle drivers to strictly comply with the provisions of the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety to contribute to ensuring traffic order and safety in Ha Giang province.
