Leading architectural experts from across the country participated in the judging panel to select the architectural plan for the construction of Ha Tinh Museum, ensuring it is suitable for the regional culture and creates its own identity.
On the morning of December 12, the Management Board of Ha Tinh Civil and Industrial Construction Investment Projects organized a competition to select architectural designs for the Ha Tinh Museum Project. Representatives of a number of departments and branches; leading experts in architecture, construction and units and individuals across the country with plans to compete to participate in the program. |

In order to find an architectural solution that meets the functions, tasks and operating methods of a type II museum, focusing on regional cultural features, creating a unique identity for the project, in September 2023, the Management Board of Civil and Industrial Construction Investment Projects of Ha Tinh province announced an invitation to compete for the architectural design of the Ha Tinh Museum project.
Director of the Ha Tinh Civil and Industrial Construction Project Management Board Bui Huy Cuong opened the Ha Tinh Museum Architectural Design Competition.
After nearly 3 months of implementation, the organizing committee has received 12 competition plans from individuals and units nationwide. The participating units all meet the requirements such as: having a practice certificate, a certificate of capacity for civil construction design activities of grade II or higher; in the last 5 years, having designed the architecture of at least 2 grade II or higher projects. Or having won prizes in architectural design competitions, having architectural works selected through the selection process.
Professor - Dr. Nguyen Quoc Thong - Chairman of Vietnam Association of Architects approved the competition regulations.
At the competition, representatives of 12 units with competing plans directly presented and introduced the main ideas, design style, functionality and issues related to the construction of the Ha Tinh Museum architecture.
The judging panel, including members from the Vietnam Association of Architects, the University of Construction, the University of Architecture, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Ha Tinh, the Management Board of Investment Projects for Construction of Civil and Industrial Works of Ha Tinh province, and a number of experts in the fields of construction and architecture across the country, will score the plans based on specific criteria.
Representatives of the joint venture Phan Dung Architecture Company Limited, Ha Long Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company and Linezone Vietnam Construction Investment Consulting Joint Stock Company presented the competition plan.
The competition will last for 1 day, and the best solutions will be selected for awards. The prize structure includes 1 first prize worth 200 million VND; 1 second prize worth 100 million VND, 1 third prize worth 50 million VND.
The winning plans will be proposed and submitted to relevant levels and sectors for consideration and selection to implement the construction of Ha Tinh Museum in the coming time.
