U50 candidate requests review of history exam

Sharing with reporters on the afternoon of July 17, special candidate Nguyen The Tu said he had completed the procedure to review his history exam.

In this exam, Mr. Tu only took 3 subjects. His score was 5.25 points for literature, 7.25 points for history and 7 points for geography.

The U50 candidate took the social science exam on June 28. He only took the history and geography exams.

When he got his score, Mr. Tu felt sad because his history score was not as expected. This was the subject he felt most confident in. Geography caused him a lot of difficulty, he could not read the atlas because the letters were too small, so his score was higher than expected.

"I have applied for a re-examination. I did my test very carefully and predict that I will get 8 points or more," Mr. Tu affirmed.

Mr. Tu said the main purpose of studying is to set an example for his children, so that they understand that learning is limitless. He is currently working as a driver, if he passes the university entrance exam, Mr. Tu will rearrange his work, prioritizing his studies.

"During the exam preparation days, I felt very happy because I had my two daughters accompanying and supporting me. Studying helped me gain more knowledge to "upgrade" myself. With this score, I will register for 3 majors: museum, library, and publishing business at Ho Chi Minh City University of Culture" - Mr. Tu said.

According to regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, candidates wishing to have their high school graduation exam results reviewed must submit their application to the exam registration location from July 17 to July 26.

The re-examination of the exam papers and announcement of the results will be completed by August 4 at the latest. The candidates' score data will be updated into the general admission system and notified to the candidates.
