55 exam clusters with 118 exam locations for assessing capacity

The first round of the 2025 capacity assessment exam of Ho Chi Minh City National University will take place on the morning of March 30 in 25 localities with more than 128,000 candidates.

Phase 1 has a total of 55 exam clusters with 118 locations: Hue, Da Nang, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh, Phu Yen, Khanh Hoa, Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan, Dak Lak, Lam Dong, Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Binh Phuoc, Tay Ninh, Tien Giang, Dong Thap, Vinh Long, An Giang, Can Tho, Kien Giang, Bac Lieu, Ca Mau.

Of which, Ho Chi Minh City has 35 testing locations, the most among the localities organizing the exam this time. Da Nang City has 7 testing locations, Khanh Hoa province has 8 testing locations, Binh Dinh province has 6 testing locations.

According to statistics, 63 provinces and cities across the country have candidates registered for the first round of the 2025 competency assessment exam. However, many localities have only 1 or 2 candidates registered.

Among the candidates registered for the first round of exams, Ho Chi Minh City has the largest number of candidates (40,967) and 40,452 candidates have paid the exam confirmation fee.

Haven't received exam notice yet, need to contact hotline immediately

Currently, candidates who have successfully registered for the Ho Chi Minh City National University's competency assessment exam can receive their exam notice by logging into their account to know the specific exam location, date, time, and exam room.

According to Dr. Nguyen Quoc Chinh - Director of the Center for Testing and Training Quality Assessment - Ho Chi Minh City National University, if logging into the system using Safari browser cannot load the exam notice, you can open it using Chrome browser (save pdf file for printing).

In recent days, many candidates have reported having difficulty logging into their accounts or not being able to view their exam notices. Regarding this, Mr. Chinh advised: "If you log in on your phone and cannot view your exam notice, candidates should log in on their computers to avoid errors.

If you want to print the exam notice on your phone, you need to connect the printer to the same network. If you do not see the "exam notice" button in your account, it may be because your application and payment have not been confirmed yet. Candidates should contact the Testing and Training Quality Assessment Center directly for verification.

Candidates can print the exam notice on A4 size, black and white or in color, but must ensure full personal information, the red note section, in some cases, if printed in black and white, will be missing, it will not affect.

The exam admission notice will not be sent by post or email. Candidates must print it out and bring it to the exam room. Candidates must read the exam admission notice carefully and follow the instructions.

In case the candidate does not bring the exam notice, he/she must be present at the examination council room at least 30 minutes in advance to complete the necessary procedures.
