Tighten the "string" of great solidarity

Together with the Party, government, Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations in Quang Ninh have been determined to streamline the apparatus according to the direction of the Central and the province. Thereby, contributing to improving the quality of activities of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations, further promoting the people's mastery.

The working delegation of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central organizations worked with the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on the project to arrange and streamline the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, and mass organizations assigned tasks by the Party and State in the area.

Determining to streamline the apparatus to better serve the development, bringing the country into a prosperous era, in recent times, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of the province have actively participated in organizing the implementation of the Central and provincial directives on reorganizing the apparatus of the political system, associated with summarizing Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW of the Party Central Committee.

In particular, it has organized dissemination and propaganda to cadres, union members and association members about the instructions and documents of the Central and the province related to the reorganization of the political system to create high consensus and unity in awareness and responsibility of the entire political system from the province to the grassroots. At the same time, it has propagated mechanisms and policies for civil servants and public employees affected by the reorganization of the apparatus.

Along with the dissemination and propaganda work, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of the province have reorganized the grassroots party organizations. Newly established the Provincial Labor Federation Party Committee, the Provincial Fatherland Front Party Committee, the Provincial Women's Union Party Committee, the Provincial Farmers' Association Party Committee, and the Provincial Veterans' Association Party Committee directly under the Provincial Party Committee and Party Agencies. The provincial socio-political organizations have also reorganized their departments and offices to ensure more effective operations.

Typically, the Provincial Federation of Labor reorganized the apparatus of industry unions and departments under the Provincial Federation of Labor. In particular, the Quang Ninh Clean Water Joint Stock Company Trade Union was transferred to the Provincial Federation of Labor; the operation of 4 industry unions (Education, Construction, Transport, Provincial Civil Servants) was terminated; and a new Trade Union of Provincial Party Agencies and the Provincial People's Committee Trade Union was established.

The specialized agency of the Provincial Federation of Labor has been reduced from 4 departments (Organization - Inspection, Propaganda - Women's Affairs, Legal Policy - Labor Relations, Finance) and the Office to 3 departments (Organization - Inspection, Professional Affairs, Finance) and the Office.

The Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies issues decisions to establish branches and affiliated Party Committees.

In particular, implementing Conclusion No. 127-KL/TW of the Politburo and the Central Party Secretariat, including not organizing at the district level, merging commune-level administrative units; rearranging socio-political organizations and mass organizations assigned by the Party and State, the Provincial Fatherland Front has proactively coordinated with relevant Party committees and the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board to develop a "Project to rearrange and streamline Fatherland Front agencies, socio-political organizations, and mass organizations assigned by the Party and State at the provincial and commune levels in the province".

Reporting at the working session with the delegation of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central organizations on the project to reorganize and streamline the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, and mass organizations assigned by the Party and the State in the locality on March 18, comrade Nguyen Van Hoi, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, emphasized: Based on the political foundation, legal foundation and practical activities in the locality, the project is built on the principle of focusing on the grassroots, ensuring the increase of resources and human resources for the activities of the grassroots, residential areas, and close ties with union members, association members and people. At the same time, it is necessary to overcome the administrative situation in activities and overlap in functions and tasks. The reorganization must ensure the highest goal of strengthening the leadership of the Party, contributing to streamlining the organizational apparatus and improving the quality of activities, strengthening the strength of the great national unity bloc in the new period.

To develop a quality assurance project, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee has worked with the Standing Committees of local Party Committees on the policy of perfecting a number of positions in the Standing Committees of the Fatherland Front Committees of districts, towns and cities for the 2024-2029 term. The Provincial Women's Union, the Provincial Labor Federation, the Provincial Veterans Association and the Provincial Youth Union have coordinated with the Provincial Fatherland Front to advise on the arrangement and streamlining of the apparatus of the Fatherland Front agencies, socio-political organizations, and mass organizations assigned by the Party and State at the provincial and communal levels...

Continuing to innovate the activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations is a very important task and requirement in the current period. With consensus, high determination, and a scientific and methodical approach in the arrangement of the apparatus, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations continue to promote their role and mission in the new era of national development, contributing to building a solid position of people's hearts, creating unity and consensus in the whole society.
