The June activities were held at the Vietnam Ethnic Culture and Tourism Village to respond to the month of "Vietnamese Ethnic Family Cultural Traditions" and celebrate Vietnamese Family Day on June 28. The activities contributed to introducing the culture, customs and practices of ethnic groups, enhancing exchanges between ethnic groups, community cohesion as well as the attachment of each family member, to honor the profound traditional humanistic values of the Vietnamese Family, to encourage families to build prosperous, equal, progressive and happy families, contributing to building and perfecting the "cultural value system, national value system, family value system and Vietnamese human value system in the new situation".
June activities are held on the occasion of the month of "Cultural traditions of Vietnamese ethnic families" and to celebrate Vietnamese Family Day June 28.
The activity had the participation of nearly 100 people from 16 ethnic groups and 11 localities where people are active every day, such as: Thai Nguyen, Hanoi, Ha Giang, Son La, Hoa Binh, Thua Thien Hue, Kon Tum, Gia Lai, Ninh Thuan, Dak Lak, Soc Trang.
The June program is organized with outstanding activities and events such as: Family Festival at the "Common House"; introducing traditional culture "Colors of Gie Trieng ethnic culture in Kon Tum province"; displaying and introducing photos "Moments of reunion"; traditional cultural experience activities...
The highlight is the program introducing traditional culture "Colors of Gie Trieng ethnic culture in Kon Tum province" including: Activities recreating the wedding ceremony of Gie Trieng ethnic people in Kon Tum province; Folk song and dance program "Happy family festival" of ethnic groups in the Central Highlands
In addition, there are activities: Experiencing folk games such as: Playing "tchet", playing "chuyen", playing "o an quan", playing "tac toe", playing bamboo puppets...; Exchange program "I miss the Central Highlands"; Activities of artisan groups operating daily in the Village with the theme "Cultural traditions of Vietnamese ethnic families". Locals and tourists enjoy and blend in with the cultural heritages of the Central Highlands such as gongs, "xoong"... all will create a very special atmosphere of joy and celebration of the festival of the Central Highlands ethnic community.
In addition, on this occasion, the Vietnam National Village for Ethnic Culture and Tourism also organizes daily and weekend activities of 16 ethnic communities, experiential tourism programs, introduction of cake making and wrapping for tourists, folk games; activities to pray for peace and blessings at spiritual spaces of Khmer pagodas, Cham towers, etc.
