Specifically, according to the assessment of the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting:

Northern Region

April 14th cold night and morning. Thunderstorms with possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.

April 15-18: There will be rain in some places, fog in some places in the early morning, sunny in the afternoon, and on April 18 there is a possibility of widespread heat.

Central Region

North and Central Central regions: April 14-18, there will be rain in some places, early morning fog in some places, sunny in the afternoon, April 17 will have localized heat, April 18 will have the possibility of widespread heat.

South Central region: sunny during the day, with showers and thunderstorms in some places in the late afternoon and evening. Thunderstorms may include tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.

Central Highlands and South

From April 14-18, it will be sunny, with some places having hot sun. In the late afternoon and at night, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms. In the Southern Central Highlands and the South, from April 14-15, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms.

Thunderstorms may contain tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong winds.

Hanoi area

April 14th, cold night and morning. April 15th-18th, rain in some places, early morning fog in some places, sunny in the afternoon. April 18th is likely to be hot.
