Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Do Minh Tam - General Director of THACO INDUSTRIES praised the enthusiasm and readiness to take on new tasks of the employees; at the same time, emphasizing: taking on new tasks in a new environment is both a challenge and an opportunity for employees to practice and develop themselves. THACO AGRI is building an industrial management model. With experience and enthusiasm, daring to think and dare to do, THACO Chu Lai employees, including THACO INDUSTRIES, will be suitable factors to meet the requirements in the strong transition period of production of THACO AGRI. The General Director of THACO INDUSTRIES hopes that the employees will promote the spirit of contribution, dedication, and efforts to overcome difficulties to complete the tasks well in the new unit, together with the predecessors to unite and develop THACO Group to become stronger and stronger.
Representing 14 employees who volunteered to take on the task at THACO AGRI, Mr. Do Ba Trung - Production Director in charge of Vehicle Body and Automotive Mechanical Components, Mechanical Complex shared: “Working at THACO for more than 20 years, I have worked very hard with my colleagues throughout the development journey with the Group. Up to now, our lives have been stable, from family to work. But when the call to take on the task was given, we were ready to participate immediately with the spirit of not being afraid of difficulties, hardships, dedication and trust of the head of THACO”.
Mr. Ngo Tran Thien Huu - Head of Planning Department, Mechanical Complex said: “I was really touched when I heard the Board of Directors' words of encouragement and motivation before leaving. We are always ready when THACO needs us and are very proud to be entrusted with the task by the Board of Directors. In the new working environment, we will uphold our sense of responsibility, discipline, actively learn, improve our capacity and skills, and strive to complete the assigned tasks well.”
On this occasion, representatives of the Board of Directors of THACO INDUSTRIES Group presented meaningful gifts to encourage employees to take up their duties at the new unit.
In order to meet many key positions in the agricultural sector with the requirement of high-quality human resources, positive attitude, strong will and determination to overcome difficulties; at the same time, implementing the direction of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of THACO on focusing on human resource development through planning, rotation and challenging tasks, the Board of Directors of THACO INDUSTRIES has called on employees to voluntarily register to work at THACO AGRI's KLHs. With enthusiasm, from 2022 to present , 309 THACO INDUSTRIES employees have volunteered to take on tasks at KLHs in Laos and Cambodia.
