On the afternoon of May 31, the National Assembly and the Economic Committee held the 15th plenary session to give opinions on the Hanoi Capital Planning for the 2021-2030 period, with a vision to 2050, and the Project to adjust the Hanoi Capital Master Plan to 2045, with a vision to 2065.
