Giving gifts to the disadvantaged people of Svay Theab district, Svay Rieng province, Kingdom of Cambodia

On the morning of March 25, the Women's Union of Ben Cau district coordinated with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the district to visit and give gifts to disadvantaged people in Svay Theab district, Svay Rieng province, Kingdom of Cambodia.

Attending the meeting, on Ben Cau district side, there were Mr. Tran Hai Son - Head of the District Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, Ms. Le Thi Tuyen - President of the District Women's Union, Mr. Le Thanh Hai - Vice President of the District Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee. On Svay Theab district side, there were Ms. So Tha Ry - President of the Cambodian Women's Association for Peace and Development, Mr. Ung Sa - Deputy District Chief in charge of the District National Solidarity Front and representatives of district officials.

Leaders of Ben Cau district and Svay Theab district gave gifts to people in difficult circumstances in Svay Theab district.

At the program, the Women's Union of Ben Cau district and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the district presented 70 gifts to the disadvantaged people of Svay Theab district, Svay Rieng province; each gift was worth 600,000 VND, including rice, instant noodles, some necessities and 100,000 VND in cash. The total value of the gifts was 42 million VND.

In addition, the District Women's Union and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ben Cau District also presented two gifts to the Cambodian Women's Association for Peace and Development of Svay Theab District and the National United Front for National Salvation of Svay Theab District, each gift worth 1 million VND.
