Press photos are one of the factors that determine the success of a press work. Press photos have the power to change perceptions, arouse interest and curiosity of the public about characters, events, phenomena, etc. Therefore, to have a successful press photo, the photographer and editor need to have certain techniques and knowledge.
Through very "ordinary" angles in social life, lecturer Nguyen Hoai Linh also shares his experience when taking photos of events and conferences, his experience in choosing moments and actions in a press event; at the same time, he shares different skills and working situations for photojournalism, portraits of characters, choosing photojournalism topics...
The course is divided into two parts: theory and practice. Students study and practice seriously, participate in asking questions, and discuss enthusiastically. The course has helped reporters and editors gain useful knowledge for their professional work.
After the course, 16 students were awarded certificates of completion of the journalism training course by the Center.
