TTC AgriS International Partners Day 2024 event with the presence of strategic partners, willing to join the global cooperation community.

At the end of May 2024, TTC AgriS successfully organized the TTC AgriS International Partner Day event, gathering more than 60 senior leaders from the Governments of Vietnam, Singapore, Australia, and strategic partners of TTC AgriS such as: Representative of the Singapore Government EDB, financial institution IFC, technology consulting company AWS... At the discussion session with the theme "Harnessing Innovation - Advancing Together", TTC AgriS discussed the power of extensive partnerships on a global scale, to promote national goals for the sustainable development of the international business community with support from the Government.

TTC AgriS also maintains connections with government units of APEC and G20 member economies such as Australia, the United States, and Singapore, including: Consulates General of the United States, Australia, Singapore, Queensland Chamber of Commerce and Investment (TIQ), Australian Trade and Investment Agency in Vietnam (Austrade), Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and major partners such as the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB), ... to develop a circular economic chain on a multinational scale to share the results with all stakeholders. TTC AgriS contributes initiatives to cooperate in developing local agricultural economies in Vietnam with the authorities of the company's operating locations (Tay Ninh, Khanh Hoa, Gia Lai, Dong Nai, ...)

Taking advantage of the competitive advantage of owning a cross-border raw material area in 4 countries: Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and Australia up to nearly 72,000 hectares, TTC AgriS continuously promotes R&D activities to optimize the crop value chain and product portfolio from sugarcane, coconut, banana, rice, etc. By June 30, 2024, TTC AgriS owns nearly 200 product lines, an increase of 9% over the same period, including more than 30 natural nutritional drink products. In particular, for the first time, we have introduced 11 product lines from Rice present in 69 countries and territories, the export market continues to grow by 38% over the same period.

We are vigorously implementing M&A activities with companies in the same industry that have the capacity to produce and supply to the international market to accelerate the process of participating in the global FBMC (Food - Beverage - Milk - Confectionery) market. TTC AgriS will also promote offering and restructuring the portfolio of investments not in the agricultural value chain to focus on the Company's core activities, aiming to bring high value to Shareholders as well as Stakeholders.

Chairwoman of the Board of Directors, Ms. Dang Huynh Uc My emphasized at the company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) for the fiscal year 2023-2024: "We have successfully completed the Circular Trade Value Chain and the Integrated Smart Agricultural Economic Model, aiming for a revenue target of VND 60,000 billion by 2030 and Net Zero by 2035. In the near future, TTC AgriS will focus on investing in expanding raw material areas, investing in additional factories producing food, beverages and confectionery to closely follow the orientation of 100% participation in the global FBMC value chain".

On October 16, 2024, Ms. Dang Huynh Uc My - Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of TTC AgriS and Mr. Andrew Goledzinowski - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Australia to Vietnam.

Green destination with the goal of expanding trade in the Agricultural and Food value chain

In recent times, TTC AgriS has marked a strong transformation, becoming an attractive "green" destination for leading international financial institutions. Ms. Uc My also said that the persistence with the "green" business strategy on a solid governance foundation has created many sustainable competitive advantages for TTC AgriS. Accordingly, "TTC AgriS's 2030 Trade Strategy has gradually established important milestones to ensure core elements in proactive supply, ensuring international financial resources, and reducing risks of market fluctuations on agricultural products. Accompanying financial institutions to expand green supply trade creates a leading position for all stakeholders participating in the sustainable agricultural economic value chain, resonating values ​​and promoting the circular economy for Vietnam and the region", Ms. My said.

In just 1 year, TTC AgriS has mobilized 270 million USD in foreign capital from international institutions and banks such as IFC, FCB, E.SUN,... to meet the needs of expanding global trade scope. In October 2024, TTC AgriS announced that it would complete receiving capital funding from SACE SpA and ING with a total value of 42 million USD. TTC AgriS and ING also marked a step forward in strategic cooperation to bring Vietnamese agricultural products to the international market as well as promote the development of F&B (Food and Beverage) trade in Singapore and Australia, especially promoting investment in sustainable agricultural development in Australia through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on financing a loan of 100 million USD. TTC AgriS is currently the first agricultural enterprise in Vietnam to fully meet the selection criteria of the Push Strategy Program - a capital guarantee program of SACE SpA in collaboration with the Dutch bank ING.

Possessing strong potential and important steps in the strategy of expanding international cooperation, TTC AgriS is a pioneer in creating a platform for extensive exchange and connection in science, technology and circular economy, thereby committing to value resonance and promoting sustainable development investment with partners participating in the Company's global circular value chain.
