Signing of strategic cooperation agreement on industrial real estate

On April 3, 2025 in Hai Phong city, Stavian Group and Shinec Group officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement to implement industrial real estate projects throughout Vietnam.

The two sides will take advantage of all advantages, resources and experiences of each side to strongly promote substantive cooperation in the spirit of mutual benefit, seeking common interests through strategic business partnerships in the field of developing industrial real estate projects in Vietnam.

According to the cooperation content, Stavian Group and Shinec Group will, through sharing expertise, technology and experience; utilize, exploit and develop the available potentials and strengths of each party to jointly build industrial park/cluster projects according to the ecological model, contributing to promoting the sustainable development of the industrial real estate market.

The list of industrial parks (IPs) and industrial clusters (ICs) that the two enterprises plan to cooperate on includes IPs/Clusters in Quang Ninh province with a scale of 3,150,000 m2, Hai Duong province 4,500,000 m2, Khanh Hoa province 3,700,000 m2; Ba Ria - Vung Tau province 10,000,000 m2; Hau Giang province 2,340,000 m2; Can Tho city 3,000,000 m2; Bac Lieu province 2,570,000 m2 and many other projects that are being researched and developed by the two sides.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Dinh Duc Thang - Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director of Stavian Group emphasized: " The industrial park model that the two enterprises are aiming for will not only ensure sustainable development but also create an optimal working environment for businesses and workers. These industrial parks/clusters will be designed with modern infrastructure, advanced technology and effective environmental protection solutions, contributing to building a harmonious and friendly industrial ecosystem."
