(Dan Tri) - A group of young people gathered to drive erratically, zigzag, and speed on the central streets of Bien Hoa City to film clips and post them on social media.
On November 16, Bien Hoa City Police (Dong Nai) issued a decision to temporarily detain 8 young men for not wearing helmets, using motorbikes without license plates, weaving and swerving on the streets of Bien Hoa City. The subjects were temporarily detained for investigation of disturbing public order.

The detained subjects include: Mai Duc Duy (16 years old, permanent resident of Xuan Tien commune, Xuan Truong district, Nam Dinh), Nguyen Thanh Nhan (16 years old), Vu Truong An (18 years old), Vu Hoang Anh Kiet (18 years old), Nguyen Duc Tu (17 years old), Le Nguyen Dang Khoi (16 years old), Nguyen Hoang Gia Long (16 years old), Nguyen Duc Huy (16 years old), all residing in Bien Hoa city, Dong Nai.
Working with the police, the group of young people admitted to their violations. In addition, the police also allowed the family to bail out two people under the age of 16.
On the evening of November 14, Patrol Team 161 of Dong Nai Province Police discovered a group of young people gathering, weaving and swerving on the streets of Bien Hoa City to film clips to post on social media, in order to attract viewers. Police mobilized forces to stop and arrest the related subjects.
In the coming time, Dong Nai Provincial Police will strengthen inspection and handling of violations such as: gathering to race, weaving, causing public disorder, giving vehicles to people who are not qualified to drive... to restore security and order in the area.
