This year, students from 14 primary and secondary schools in Dong Ha City brought to the program unique and attractive storytelling competitions based on books. Many stories were very emotional, leaving a deep impression on the audience such as: stories about Uncle Ho, Hai Ba Trung, the battle to protect Quang Tri Citadel... Each story has its own meaning and color. The students took on roles, turning the stories in the books into vivid and colorful plays on stage.
The Storytelling Contest with the theme “We love peace” is a useful, interesting, creative playground and activity, creating solidarity, excitement, exchange and learning for young people. This is also an opportunity for children to come to books, collect stories imbued with love, and convey inspiration from the pages of books to everyone. Thereby, contributing to changing the awareness and thinking of students as well as everyone about living responsibly, living with soul and not being indifferent or apathetic to the life around them.
At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded 1 excellent prize to the team of Ward 3 Primary and Secondary School; 2 first prizes to the teams of Ham Nghi Primary School and Song Hieu Primary School; 3 second prizes, 3 third prizes and 5 consolation prizes.
Within the framework of the program, the Organizing Committee also awarded 4 first prizes, 5 second prizes and 5 third prizes to the teams with the best document display and art book model arrangement.
