On the morning of March 11, the Department of Justice held a conference to announce the Decision of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on personnel work. Attending the conference were comrades: Tran Song Tung, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Le Huu Quy, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee. Also attending were leaders of the Department of Home Affairs and the Office of the Provincial People's Committee.
At the conference, the leaders of the Department of Home Affairs announced the Decision of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on accepting and appointing comrade Nguyen Van Viet, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Justice. The appointment term is 5 years, starting from March 11, 2024.
Presenting the Decision, presenting flowers and congratulating comrade Nguyen Van Viet, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Song Tung emphasized: The Department of Justice is a specialized agency that advises and assists the Provincial People's Committee in building and implementing the State legal system in the province. Especially the work of monitoring the implementation of the law; inspecting, handling, reviewing and systematizing legal documents; disseminating and educating the law; mediation at the grassroots level...
Over the past time, the Board of Directors and the Department have promoted the spirit of solidarity and responsibility, always complied well with the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and policies, especially the direction of the Provincial People's Committee and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, focusing on successfully implementing many tasks. For many consecutive years, the Department has always been assessed as a unit that has excellently completed its tasks. This is an important foundation for the Department to continue to be united, responsible, and make efforts to advise and effectively implement the State management work on law making and enforcement in the coming time.
Appreciating the efforts and contributions of comrade Nguyen Van Viet in his positions, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Song Tung also stated: Comrade Nguyen Van Viet is a trained and mature cadre who has gone through many positions, including many years of working in the fields of Internal Affairs and Justice. The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee hopes that in his new position, comrade Nguyen Van Viet will quickly approach the work, continue to strive to improve his professional qualifications, listen, build solidarity, and together with the Board of Directors of the Department, successfully complete all assigned tasks.
The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee expressed his belief that, promoting his role as an active core, Comrade Nguyen Van Viet, together with the officers, civil servants, and employees of the Department of Justice, will unite, be responsible, advise, and successfully complete the assigned tasks in the coming time.
Speaking at the ceremony to receive the assignment, Deputy Director of the Department of Justice Nguyen Van Viet respectfully thanked the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, and the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee for their attention, leadership, training, and trust in assigning him the new responsibility. This is both an honor and a great responsibility for him personally. He affirmed that in his position as Deputy Director of the Department, he will always strive, unite, share responsibility, overcome difficulties, and successfully complete the assigned duties and tasks.
In the coming time, he hopes to continue to receive the attention and leadership of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee; the help and support of officials, civil servants, and employees of the Department of Justice so that he can continue to train, contribute, mature, and successfully fulfill the assigned responsibilities and tasks.
