Hai Phong appoints 6 department directors

(NLDO) On February 21, Hai Phong City Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision on personnel work in departments and branches after the merger.

Accordingly, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hung (former Director of the Department of Construction) was appointed as Director of the Department of Construction after merging the Department of Transport and the Department of Construction.

Mr. Nguyen Van Tung, Chairman of Hai Phong City People's Committee, presented the decision and flowers to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tu (former Director of the Department of Planning and Investment) holds the position of Director of the Department of Finance after merging the Department of Planning and Investment with the Department of Finance.

Mr. Nguyen Cao Lan (former Director of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs) was appointed to the position of Director of the Department of Science and Technology after the merger of the Department of Information and Communications and the Department of Science and Technology.

Mr. Duong Dinh On (former Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment) was appointed to the position of Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment after merging the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development.

Appoint Mr. Pham Ngoc Duong (former Director of the Department of Home Affairs) to hold the position of Director of the Department of Home Affairs after merging the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs and the Department of Home Affairs.

Ms. Tran Thi Hoang Mai (former Director of the Department of Culture and Sports) holds the position of Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism after merging the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

Along with that, the Standing Committee of Hai Phong City Party Committee transferred Ms. Bui Thi Hong Van, Chief Inspector, to hold the position of Head of the City Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee.

On the same day, February 21, the Standing Committee of Hai Phong City Party Committee mobilized and appointed Mr. Phan Viet Dien, Deputy Director of the Department of Transport, to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Cat Hai District Party Committee, term 2020-2025.
