The gate of Tran Hung Dao Primary School, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City on the morning of March 8 was more crowded and bustling than usual. Teachers wearing modernized ao dai stood to welcome students right outside the school gate. Students were bustling to stop by the rose sellers, choosing the most beautiful flowers to give to the teachers.
