Ready for the big cultural event of Truong Luu village

Relevant units are rushing to complete the preparation work.

Stage design is planned for the anniversary of the birth of famous people of the Nguyen Huy family and the reception of the certificate of recognition of the Han Nom Documents heritage of Truong Luu village, at the Provincial Cultural - Cinema Center.

The ceremony to celebrate the 310th anniversary of the birth of the Third Prize Winner Nguyen Huy Oanh (1713 - 2023), the 280th anniversary of the birth of the famous person Nguyen Huy Tu (1743 - 2023), the 240th anniversary of the birth of the famous person Nguyen Huy Ho (1783 - 2023), and to receive the Certificate of recognition of the Han Nom Documents of Truong Luu village as a documentary heritage of the Memory of the World Program in the Asia - Pacific Region (TBD), is expected to take place on June 23.

According to the plan, the program includes the main event of the anniversary rally held at the Provincial Cultural - Cinema Center and the ceremony to receive the certificate from Ha Tinh city to Kim Song Truong commune (Can Loc). Along with that is a series of sideline activities such as: The second Nghe Tinh Vi and Giam folk song festival in Can Loc district, 2023 (from June 21 to June 22); exhibition and introduction of the cultural heritage system of Truong Luu village, Nguyen Huy clan and "Han Nom documents of Truong Luu village" (from June 20 to June 24, 2023).

The representative of the Vietnamese delegation received the UNESCO Asia-Pacific Memory of the World Documentary Heritage Certificate for the Han Nom Documents of Truong Luu Village in November 2022 in Korea.

As the venue for the birth anniversary celebration of the Nguyen Huy family, the provincial Cultural - Cinema Center has developed a plan to prepare stage design, decorate billboards, and propaganda posters about the celebration in the center's campus and the main street on Phan Dinh Phung Street (Ha Tinh City).

Mr. Nguyen Sy Chinh - Deputy Director in charge of the Provincial Cultural - Cinema Center said: "According to the assigned tasks, the center will be responsible for preparing the stage, decorating the auditorium for the anniversary rally, and will also hang banners and posters promoting the event in front of Phan Dinh Phung Street and in the center's campus. Currently, we have created stage designs to submit to the steering committee for organizing the anniversary celebration for approval and implementation. The center has also created mockups, graphic images... to print banners and posters for propaganda and promotion."

Together with the Provincial Cultural and Cinema Center, the Ha Tinh Traditional Arts Theater has completed the script for the art program for the ceremony and is recording and rehearsing. With a duration of about 30 minutes, the art program's performances focus on praising the homeland, the country, famous people, the Party and Uncle Ho. In particular, highlighting the cultural values ​​of the people and the homeland of Hong Mountain and La River. As expected, the program will complete the practice phase on June 19, and the general rehearsal of the stage will be held on the evening of June 21.

In parallel with provincial units, Can Loc district also directed the Cultural - Communication Center and Kim Song Truong commune to carry out many preparations for this particularly meaningful event.

People of Kim Song Truong commune (Can Loc) work to clean and beautify the landscape of Truong Luu Cultural Center in preparation for the upcoming celebration.

In addition, on this occasion, villages in the commune also mobilized people to decorate village roads and alleys to prepare to hang banners and posters to celebrate the anniversary of famous people and receive the Certificate of recognition of the heritage of Han Nom documents of Truong Luu village.

On this occasion, the People's Committee of Kim Song Truong commune also directed the painting and renovation of the entrance gate to Truong Luu Cultural Center and many other items.

Together with Kim Song Truong commune, Can Loc Cultural - Communication Center has directed localities with Vi and Giam folk song clubs to actively practice to participate in the 2nd District-wide Vi and Giam Folk Song Festival in 2023. Along with that, the center prepares documents and images to serve the exhibition and introduction of the cultural heritage system of Truong Luu village, Nguyen Huy clan and Han Nom documents of Truong Luu village at Truong Luu Cultural Center (Kim Song Truong commune)...
