Nearly 250 people participated in voluntary blood donation at Ha Tinh Police

On the morning of April 17, the Ha Tinh Police Youth Union organized the first voluntary blood donation program in 2025 in response to the National Voluntary Blood Donation Day on April 7, summarizing the propaganda, mobilization, and organization of the voluntary blood donation movement in 2024.

The program attracted nearly 250 officers and soldiers of Ha Tinh Police and members and youths of sister units to directly participate in donating blood. In the photo: Volunteers were checked for health, blood pressure... before donating blood.

With the motto "A drop of blood given - a life saved", after a launching session, officers and soldiers of Ha Tinh Police and youth union members participated in donating 184 units of blood to serve the work of saving patients.

At the program, the provincial police leaders also awarded certificates of merit to 5 groups and 10 individuals with outstanding achievements in propaganda, mobilization, organization and direct participation in the voluntary blood donation movement in 2024.

On this occasion, the provincial police youth launched a fundraising campaign to support the "Ha Tinh Police Youth" Volunteer Fund.
