The friendly exchange is an activity that contributes to concretizing the common perception of the high-ranking leaders of the two Parties and States on continuing to promote increasingly substantive defense cooperation. The above-mentioned activity contributes to strengthening friendship, solidarity, promoting substantive cooperation between border protection forces, local authorities and people in the border areas of the two countries as well as the relationship between the two armies of Vietnam and China. This activity contributes to building a peaceful, friendly, stable, cooperative and developed border.
