Adjusting the planning of Long Giao Industrial Park land in Cam My for auction

According to the Provincial Land Fund Development Center, for 17 land plots and plots of land that will be auctioned for land use rights in Appendix I of Plan No. 79/KH-UBND (dated March 5, 2025) of the Provincial People's Committee, auction information has been posted and posted for the Long Giao Industrial Cluster land plot, Cam My district. April 8 is the deadline for registration to participate in the first auction, but no customers have registered to participate. Currently, Dong Nam Joint Stock Auction Company has posted the second notice, the expected time for the second auction is May 21.

Along with that, the unit has submitted a decision to auction 2 plots of land in Tan Hanh Ceramic Industrial Park. The Department of Agriculture and Environment has submitted a decision to the Provincial People's Committee to issue an auction decision. Regarding the remaining plots, 3 plots have had their auction plans approved and starting prices determined; 4 plots are waiting for approval of the auction plan; 3 plots are collecting opinions on the draft auction plan and 4 plots are completing legal procedures to develop the auction plan.

For the 20 land plots in Appendix II of Plan No. 79, there are currently 7 land plots that need to be processed regarding boundaries, site clearance, investment policy approval, planning, replacement forestation procedures, etc.; 13 land plots need to complete information on total project investment, land recovery, investment dossier establishment, etc.

For the 9 land plots in Appendix III of Plan No. 79, it is necessary to complete related procedures such as: land recovery, compensation, support, resettlement, planning, preparing documents for investment policy approval...

Concluding the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Ha assessed that over the past time, the implementation of land use rights auctions has had positive changes, and bottlenecks have been gradually removed. Therefore, in the coming time, it is necessary to "activate" the activities of the rapid response team to strengthen coordination and speed up the implementation progress.

Regarding the Long Giao Industrial Cluster land, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Ha assessed that the land with the purpose of attracting agricultural processing projects is not attractive to investors in the current context. Therefore, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Ha assigned the Department of Industry and Trade to preside over and coordinate with the Departments of Construction, Finance and Cam My District People's Committee to study and adjust the investment target as well as the detailed 1/500 planning for this land to suit the successful auction.
