The list is broken down into categories. The 20 best-ranked airports with the fewest waits are topped by Singapore Changi, which 74% of passengers rated 4 and 5 stars. It is one of the world's busiest airports and one of the largest aviation hubs. Yet the airport manages to keep things running smoothly, having been named the "World's Best Airport" 12 times by Skytrax.

Check-in time at Noi Bai airport is considered quite fast, so the flow of people does not cause local congestion during peak times.

The world's 20 best airports in terms of queue times are: Changi, Siem Reap, Cambodia; Cape Town, South Africa; Tokyo Haneda, Japan; Canberra, Australia; Belgrade, Serbia; Southwest Florida, US; Wellington, Australia; Hong Kong; Christchurch, New Zealand; Helsinki Vantaa, Finland; Stuttgart, Germany; Portland, US; Tokyo Narita, Japan; Malta; Porto, Portugal; Detroit Metro and Tampa, US; Incheon, South Korea.

Notably, among these, Noi Bai International Airport ranked 11th, with 63.33% rating it 4 or 5 stars. In Asia, Noi Bai ranked 5th among the 10 best airports in terms of ranking. The list includes: Changi, Siem Reap, Tokyo Haneda, Hong Kong, Noi Bai, Tokyo Narita, Incheon, Bahrain, Taoyuan (Taiwan), Kempegowda (India).

Besides, the 10 airports with the longest queues in Asia are airports in Kuwait, Türkiye, Nepal, Thailand, Philippines...

In addition, the 20 airports with the longest queues in the world were also named, with France's Grenoble Alpes Isere Airport at the top. France also had 4 airports on the worst list. Most of the airports with the longest queues are located in Europe and the US.
