Ms. Ly actively participates in social work and humanitarian relief, always taking the lead in propagating and mobilizing members, people, organizations and kind individuals to help many people in difficult circumstances, to strive to stabilize their lives with a total amount of money raised of more than 1 billion VND, supporting 2,646 people in especially difficult circumstances.
Carrying out the campaign "Each organization, each individual is associated with each humanitarian address", in the past 10 years, together with other members, she actively surveyed and established 113 humanitarian address profiles, directly sponsored by 19 organizations and 24 individuals with a total amount of money raised of more than 336 million VND.

Directed and mobilized branches to build and maintain 5 "Savings Fund Boxes" located at community learning centers of 5 villages, collecting more than 49 million VND to support 189 disadvantaged and sick people in the branches...
In addition to humanitarian relief work, Ms. Ly also pays attention to and effectively directs the work of preventing, responding to, mitigating natural disasters and taking care of people's health. She actively mobilized people to support during natural disasters for 179 working days and raised more than 27 million VND, directly supporting 58 subjects...
She has donated blood 35 times, including 9 emergency blood donations at hospitals, helping to save patients in critical condition. She is the only person from Quang Tri province invited by the National Steering Committee for Voluntary Blood Donation to attend the ceremony to honor outstanding national blood donors in 2022 in Hanoi.
