Accordingly, 8 projects calling for investment include: Cam Lien Industrial Park Social Housing Project (3 hectares) in Ngu Thuy and Cam Thuy communes, Le Thuy district. Quan Hau Tay Bac Industrial Park Social Housing Project (20 hectares) in Vinh Ninh commune, Quang Ninh district.
Loc Ninh 1 Social Housing Project (1 ha) in Loc Ninh Commune, Dong Hoi City (using 20% land fund in the commercial housing project southwest of Ly Thanh Tong Street, from F325 Street to Truong Phuc Phan Street). Dong Phu 1 Social Housing Project (1 ha) on the land bordering Dong Phu Ward and Bac Ly Ward, Dong Hoi City.
Social Housing Project of Tay Bac Dong Hoi Industrial Park (2.5 ha) in land lot OXH1 in the adjusted zoning plan of the Southwest area of National Highway 1A (section from F325 road to Truong Phuc Phan road).

At the same time, the Department of Construction is assigned to base on the above list of projects calling for investment to advise the Provincial People's Committee to approve the plan for social housing development in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Housing. The Department of Natural Resources and Environment is assigned to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Planning and Investment, the People's Committee of the district where the project is located to synthesize and advise the Provincial People's Committee to submit to the Provincial People's Council to approve the list of social housing projects that must recover land to bid to select investors to implement the project in accordance with regulations, as a basis for competent state agencies or interested investors to prepare documents to request approval of investment policies in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Investment.
According to Vice Chairman Phan Phong Phu, investors selected to implement these projects will be entitled to support policies according to the Government's general regulatory framework on social housing investment, as well as the province's current regulations on investor support.
According to information from the Department of Planning and Investment of Quang Binh, among the 8 projects calling for investment this time, there is currently 1 project with a cleared site, the Bao Ninh 1 Social Housing project, and 1 project has attracted the attention of investors.
It is known that the goal of Quang Binh province in the period of 2022 - 2025 will be to invest in building 3,700 apartments, and in the period of 2026 - 2030, it will be 11,300 apartments for low-income people and industrial park workers.
