“Pho Festival 2025” will take place at Thang Long Imperial Citadel

The program is organized by the Hanoi Convention Center, in coordination with the Hanoi Department of Tourism, the Thang Long - Hanoi Heritage Conservation Center, and the People's Newspaper - the media sponsor. The event aims to promote the image of "Pho Hanoi" which has been recognized as a national intangible cultural heritage, contributing to the development of Hanoi's culinary culture industry.

According to the plan, "Pho Festival 2025" is expected to gather more than 50 booths including businesses and pho culinary brands from the three regions of North - Central - South. The booths will participate in performances, promoting their images and brands.

Enterprises and brands are carefully selected and assessed to ensure quality and food hygiene and safety; through the program, it will be a bridge to honor and connect enterprises, craft villages, and brands to promote cuisine to the people of the capital, domestic tourists and international friends.

The program organizes activities and spaces for the 2025 Pho Festival; spaces to introduce the culture and traditions of Pho; spaces to experience Hanoi 's unique cuisine and activities such as talks and art performances.

Expected to be held from April 18-20, 2025, at Thang Long Imperial Citadel. The opening ceremony of the Program is expected to be held at 6:00 p.m., April 18, 2025 with a total of about 150 delegates and guests.

The program will be informed and communicated on the Hanoi City Electronic Information Portal, the Hanoi Department of Tourism Electronic Information Portal; iHanoi application management; on websites, fanpages of the Pho Festival 2025 Program, digital media platforms such as Tiktok, Youtube, KOL/KOC... and other suitable forms of communication.

The plan also clearly states that relevant agencies and units are assigned to coordinate in organizing and implementing the Plan to organize the 2025 Pho Festival Program in accordance with regulations; develop communication and information content to provide to travel agencies, tourist groups and hotel accommodation establishments to promote the 2025 Pho Festival Program to domestic and foreign tourists before and during the event.
