Petrovietnam invites bids for open oil and gas blocks on Vietnam's continental shelf in 2025

According to Petrovietnam, this is an opportunity for investors to access and choose investment opportunities for oil and gas exploration and exploitation activities in potential oil and gas blocks based on preferential policies and innovations of Vietnam's oil and gas law.

Scope of bidding: Open oil and gas blocks on Vietnam's continental shelf, including: Lot 17 belongs to Cuu Long sedimentary basin; Lot 10/11 and 10&11-1 belong to Nam Con Son sedimentary basin.

Refer to documents and register to bid: Starting from 09:00 on April 15, 2025 to 16:00 on May 30, 2025.

Time for issuing bidding documents: From 09:00 on June 2, 2025 to 11:00 on June 20, 2025.

Deadline for submission of bids: 16:00, August 1, 2025 (Vietnam time) Bidding form: Open bidding.

According to Petrovietnam, interested partners can send an expression of interest (EOI) to Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (Address: 18 Lang Ha, Ba Dinh, Hanoi , Vietnam).
