On May 22, the Investigation Police Agency of Viet Tri City Police, Phu Tho Province issued a Decision to prosecute a criminal case, prosecute the accused, and issue a temporary detention order against Mr. Le Truong Giang, Director of the Hung Temple Historical Relic Site, for the act of "Taking advantage of position and power while performing official duties".
The initial investigation determined that Mr. Le Truong Giang took advantage of his position, his assigned functions and duties to violate the regulations on financial management mechanism of the Hung Temple Historical Relic Site as prescribed by the People's Committee of Phu Tho province, allowing Venus Phu Tho Limited Liability Company led by Mr. Bui Quoc Huy, Head of the Administrative Organization Department of the Hung Temple Historical Relic Site to operate passenger transportation services by electric cars at the Relic Site.
The Investigation Police Agency of Viet Tri City Police is continuing to investigate and handle the case according to the provisions of law.
