Colonel Trinh Van Giang was born in 1978. Before holding the position of Deputy Director of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police, he held the positions of Chief of Nghi Son Town Police and Head of the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police.
Previously, on January 15, Thanh Hoa Provincial Police announced the decision of the Minister of Public Security to appoint Lieutenant Colonel Trinh Van Giang as Deputy Director of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police (at the time of announcement, he was holding the rank of Lieutenant Colonel).
