Thanh Xuan area, Thanh Vinh ward, Phu Tho town has 329 households with over 1,000 people. In recent years, the people in the area have united to effectively carry out campaigns and emulation movements associated with the task of socio-economic development in the area. People's lives have been increasingly improved, with average income per capita reaching about 51 million VND/year; the number of poor households has decreased to 1.04%; the number of near-poor households is 1.81%.

The work of building cultural and spiritual life, taking care of education and health care is always focused on. In 2024, the area had 302/329 households achieving the title of "Cultural Family", reaching 91.7%. People in the area always trust and implement well the policies and guidelines of the Party, the laws and policies of the State, regulations and covenants of the locality and the community.

Speaking at the festival, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Phan Trong Tan acknowledged and commended the efforts and achievements that Thanh Xuan area has achieved in 2024. To continue promoting the achieved results, he requested the Party Committee, government, Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of the town, ward and residential area to strengthen leadership and direction; propagate and mobilize people to effectively implement the goals of the Party Congress Resolutions at all levels. Do a good job of propagating the Party's guidelines, the State's laws and policies, local regulations, conventions and village covenants...
