Accordingly, the total land area of ​​Dai Loc district in 2024 is more than 57,905 hectares. Of which, agricultural land is more than 47,150 hectares, non-agricultural land is more than 9,400 hectares and more than 1,300 hectares of unused land.

The Provincial People's Committee has also compiled plans to recover land types, change land use purposes, and put unused land into use by 2024.

The Provincial People's Committee requests the Dai Loc District People's Committee to be responsible for publicly announcing the approved land use plan for 2024. At the same time, mobilize resources to invest in projects and organize implementation in accordance with the land use plan for 2024.

The locality shall carry out land recovery, land allocation, land lease, and land use purpose conversion in accordance with regulations. The District People's Committee must regularly monitor and organize inspections of the implementation of the land use plan; promptly handle violations of land laws in the area in accordance with regulations. The district shall review to promptly adjust or propose the cancellation of projects and works that have been registered in the land use plan approved by the Provincial People's Committee and publicly announced for 3 consecutive years but have not been implemented.
