In Dai Hiep commune, party committees at all levels, agencies, and sectors coordinated to propagate Conclusion No. 01, dated May 18, 2021 of the Politburo on continuing to implement Directive No. 05 synchronously on the radio system, social networking sites, visual propaganda, and oral propaganda by reporters and propagandists at activities of party organizations, socio-political organizations, and schools.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Nhang - Secretary of the Party Committee of Dai Hiep Commune shared that the commune encourages the discovery and introduction of typical advanced examples, good people, good deeds to introduce and set an example. Many profound, practical, and close articles when broadcast on loudspeakers create a strong spread in the community.
The Commune Party Committee also organized a documentary film viewing on the occasion of Uncle Ho's birthday; organized an online quiz contest to learn about Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style in 2023, attracting a large number of cadres, party members, union members, and people to participate.
The Propaganda Department of Dai Loc District Party Committee is assigned the responsibility of guiding units and localities to develop their own topics to implement Conclusion No. 01.
Mr. Doan Ngoc Tuan - Head of the Propaganda Department of Dai Loc District Party Committee said that since October 2023, the unit has published the newsletter "Learning from Uncle Ho makes our hearts brighter" (2 months/issue), used in thematic activities of Party cells and agencies. The content of the newsletter publishes articles and stories about Uncle Ho, thereby drawing meaningful lessons for cadres and Party members to implement.
In 2024, the District Party Committee's Propaganda Department organized a video clip creation contest "Glorious Party, Great President Ho Chi Minh - Keep the faith", attracting 53 entries, contributing to raising awareness, arousing pride and steadfast belief in the Party and great Uncle Ho among cadres, party members and people of all walks of life in the area.

Fully aware of the meaning and importance of strictly following the 6 teachings of Uncle Ho to the People's Public Security, Dai Thang Commune Police took the lead in simplifying administrative procedures with the goal of 3 reductions (reducing time, reducing procedures, reducing costs).
The unit in charge of advising on putting into use the automatic queue numbering system and touch screen in visual propaganda at the Reception and Results Department of the commune, improving the quality and efficiency of serving the people.
Dai Thang Commune Police also has many tasks to proactively prevent and effectively combat all types of crimes; promptly resolve complex problems that arise.
Major Le Huu Vuong - Head of Dai Thang Commune Police said that in order to ensure security and order criteria in building Dai Thang to reach the finish line of an advanced new rural commune in 2024, in January 2024, the Commune Police consulted on building a model of "Smart New Rural Commune in terms of security and order".
Accordingly, the license plate recognition camera system installed at 7 key locations and gateways to the area has been put into management and use, helping the authorities monitor and manage the security and order situation. In addition, the unit also consulted on the development and publication of the "Electronic Handbook on Security and Order", realizing digital transformation in legal propaganda and education.
In handling administrative records and returning results to people, in 2022, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Dai Loc district was late with 342 records. Party cell secretary and head of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of the district, Vo Ngoc Tot, shared that the above situation has affected the leadership and direction of the Party cell, the agency and the overall results of the district.
Through analysis, the cause of the delay is due to many objective and subjective factors, including the responsibility of the consulting civil servants.
To overcome this, the Party Cell of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment chose the topic "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style on building a civil service culture to meet the needs of administrative reform in the direction of professionalism, modernity and serving the people".
Putting the topic into practice, many key tasks have been focused on by the Party cell and leaders of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Dai Loc district. For example, thoroughly grasping the topic and regulations of the District Party Committee and District People's Committee on administrative reform.
The Party cell also thoroughly grasps the spirit and working attitude; communication and behavioral standards; ethical standards and lifestyle of cadres and civil servants. The submission or return of documents to each level and sector must comply with the correct time; it is forbidden to "soak" documents; if discovered, they will be reviewed and handled. The head of the department directly inspects 1-2 times/week all received documents, processed documents, etc.
Mr. Vo Ngoc Tot said that thanks to that, the overcoming of limitations has clearly changed, when in 2023 the number of overdue applications was 89; in the first 6 months of 2024, there were 22 overdue applications.
It can be said that the implementation of the topic has helped the officers and civil servants of the department see their responsibilities and promote the spirit of public ethics, serving the people, contributing to bringing administrative reform in the field of handling land procedures into order.
