(Baoquangngai.vn) - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee Dang Ngoc Huy requested that the agencies in the Party bloc perform well the work of advising and proposing to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee the contents and tasks of continuing to arrange and streamline the organization and apparatus in the political system.
On the morning of April 2, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Dang Ngoc Huy, chaired the online conference of the Party agencies to assess the implementation of tasks in the first quarter and deploy key tasks in the second quarter of 2025.
Attending the conference were representatives of specialized agencies advising and assisting the Provincial Party Committee; Party Committees of provincial Party agencies; Provincial Political School; Quang Ngai Newspaper and the Provincial Cadre Health Care and Protection Board.

In the first quarter of 2025, the Party agencies have promoted their sense of responsibility; closely followed the goals and targets identified in the conclusions, work programs of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, weekly work schedules and actual situations to advise and assist the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee in leading and directing the comprehensive implementation of the assigned tasks.
The focus is on the tasks of preparing content, serving well the working sessions, meetings of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee; meeting of the Document Subcommittee, the Editorial Team to assist the Document Subcommittee of the 21st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030 to give opinions on the draft Political Report to be submitted to the 21st Provincial Party Congress; meeting of the Provincial Steering Committee to summarize Resolution 18-NQ/TW dated October 25, 2017 of the 12th Party Central Committee on a number of issues on continuing to innovate, reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined, operate effectively and efficiently; implementing the central government's directive documents on summarizing the implementation of Resolution 18-NQ/TW according to the set plan.

Along with that, the Party agencies also advised and prepared content to serve the meetings well, including: Meeting of the Provincial Steering Committee on science and technology development, innovation and digital transformation; meeting of the Steering Committee on eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses in the province; meeting of the Provincial Steering Committee on Prevention and Control of Corruption, Waste and Negativity.
The work of advising, preparing content, and serving the organization of the 80th Anniversary of Ba To Uprising (March 11, 1945 - March 11, 2025) and the 50th Anniversary of Quang Ngai Province Liberation Day (March 24, 1975 - March 24, 2025) was also actively implemented.
Party agencies also advise and issue comprehensive directives on the fields of economy, society, national defense, security, foreign affairs, Party building and the political system, etc.

At the conference, leaders of Party agencies reported on the results achieved, as well as the advantages and difficulties in the implementation of tasks in the first quarter; at the same time, proposed to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee solutions to effectively implement assigned tasks in the coming time.
Speaking at the conference, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Party agencies Dang Ngoc Huy acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of the Party agencies in the past time, especially in the work of disseminating, propagating and implementing the resolutions, directives and instructions of the Central and the province on the arrangement and streamlining of the political apparatus.
In the coming time, it is recommended that leaders of agencies in the Party bloc continue to do a good job of propaganda, helping cadres, party members and workers to have a correct, complete and comprehensive understanding of the policies, tasks and requirements of the revolution on streamlining the organizational apparatus; creating consensus and unity in the actions of the entire political system from the province to the grassroots level. Along with that, promptly and thoroughly resolve the regime and policies for cadres, civil servants and public employees who wish to resign.

Agencies are requested to promote digital transformation and technology application to improve management efficiency and work quality to meet development requirements in the digital age; strengthen coordination between agencies, especially with the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board to consult and effectively carry out the work of streamlining the political apparatus. The Provincial Party Committee Office coordinates with relevant agencies and units to review facilities, arrange official residences, and take the initiative in creating favorable conditions for cadres, civil servants, and public employees to work after the arrangement of administrative units.
“Agencies focus on implementing work contents according to key functions and tasks identified in the second quarter of 2025; continue to advise, disseminate, thoroughly grasp and ensure implementation of a number of contents and tasks on continuing to streamline the organization of the political system in the spirit of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW and directive documents of the central government and the province. The contents and tasks need to be implemented on schedule, ensuring quality and bringing high efficiency”, noted Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee agencies Dang Ngoc Huy.
