Provincial Inspector Nguyen Duc Tien announced the inspection decision.


Accordingly, the inspection team consists of 9 members, led by Mr. Huynh Ngoc Tien - Deputy Chief Inspector of the province. The team will conduct the inspection within 45 working days from the date of announcement.

The inspection focuses on checking the relevant legal documents of industrial clusters; compliance with the provisions of the law on land, investment and construction for industrial clusters in Dai Loc district; planning for the development of industrial clusters; compensation, support and resettlement; land recovery, land allocation and land lease of industrial clusters; investment in the construction of technical infrastructure of industrial clusters and the implementation of investment and construction of projects in these industrial clusters...

At the announcement ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Duc Tien - Chief Inspector of the province also requested that during the inspection team's performance of its duties, relevant units should coordinate closely, assign a focal person who is an authorized officer to work directly with the team to provide reports, records, and documents as requested; requested relevant units to coordinate and create favorable conditions to help the team complete its assigned tasks.

For the inspection team, the Provincial Inspector requires that the purpose, scope, content, and time of the inspection be properly implemented according to the approved inspection plan; and that the inspection law and related regulations be strictly complied with.
