Developing intellectual property - enhancing unique agricultural products

The province's intellectual property development support program has achieved remarkable results, contributing to enhancing the value and competitiveness of local agricultural products.

To date, 2,065 trademarks have been granted registration certificates by the National Office of Intellectual Property. 35 exclusive trademarks, including 26 certification trademarks and 9 collective trademarks, have been protected. Two key products, "Da Lat Vegetables" and "B'Lao Tea", have been registered for exclusive protection in international markets, specifically China, Singapore and Japan.

Currently, the province is implementing procedures to register for protection of the certification mark "Da Lat - Miraculous crystallization from the good land" in the Korean and Japanese markets and protection of geographical indications Lam Dong Coffee, Da Huoai Durian; certification marks Lam Dong Macadamia, Dam Rong Durian, Da Huoai Cashew Nuts...

Intellectual property protection not only helps protect product reputation and quality, but also opens up great opportunities for market expansion and increased added value.
