On July 1, Mr. Tran Thanh Tung, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of District 10 (HCMC) said that he had advised the Steering Committee of the campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods" in the district to mobilize local businesses to develop more than 200 points of sale to stabilize the market.
According to Mr. Tung, the implementation of the market stabilization program and the concentrated promotion program are organized annually. These include the coordination of the launching ceremony of the "Street specializing in construction materials" on To Hien Thanh Street and the "Street of Health" on Su Van Hanh Street; organizing a contest to learn about the movement and Vietnamese products and brands; the "Business Cafe" program, meetings and visits to businesses on the occasion of Vietnam Businessmen's Day...
Thereby, it has created conditions for establishments to promote their brands, improve competitiveness, widely promote quality products to consumers, helping people access stable, quality products at reasonable prices.
Thanks to that, it has gradually changed people's awareness of thinking and actions to trust and choose Vietnamese products, contributing to the socio-economic development of 14 wards in particular and the district in general.
