The Provincial Military Service Council strictly implemented all stages and steps in the work of selecting and calling citizens to join the army, completing 100% of the recruitment target and mobilizing reserve soldiers.
The Provincial Defense Zone Exercise Steering Committee successfully directed defense zone exercises in Hai Duong City and Chi Linh City; defense combat assurance exercises at the Department of Information and Communications and the Department of Industry and Trade.
The Provincial Military Command completed the command exercise of one side, one level on the map according to regulations, with absolute safety.
On this occasion, Military Region 3 awarded emulation titles to 13 groups and 11 individuals of the Provincial Military Command, of which the Hai Duong City Command was awarded the Excellent Emulation Flag. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee decided to award certificates of merit to 8 groups and 10 individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement. The Provincial Military Command awarded emulation titles to 57 groups and 219 individuals.
