The most difficult and arduous places always have soldiers. They are often the ones who “go first, come back later” to overcome all the consequences caused by natural disasters, storms, floods, and fires. The presence of “Uncle Ho’s soldiers” has helped people feel more confident when facing natural disasters and storms and floods.

Recently, when storm No. 3 (Yagi) made landfall in Quang Ninh, officers and soldiers of the provincial Military Command were ordered to go. Quang Ninh suffered widespread power outages and mobile phone signals were disrupted, making all communications very difficult. However, with the spirit of ensuring the safety of the people above all, he and his teammates proactively overcame information difficulties, closely monitoring the storm's developments to implement prevention measures.
