Continuing to inspect the warehouse at 36 Huynh Ba Chanh owned by Tran Van Q. (31 years old, from Hanoi), the authorities discovered another truck pulling a tank (the weight has not been checked). Q. and the truck driver admitted that the tank contained N2O gas.

At the factory, authorities discovered a motor system, extraction rig, air compressor, 438 empty metal cylinders, and 20 20kg cylinders containing "laughing gas".
