Mr. Tran Tuan Anh ceased his duties as a National Assembly Delegate, 15th Term.

On February 5, the National Assembly Standing Committee met to consider and give opinions on the dismissal of Mr. Tran Tuan Anh, a member of the National Assembly Delegation of Khanh Hoa province, constituency No. 01 of Khanh Hoa province, from his duties as a deputy of the 15th National Assembly.

Event - Mr. Tran Tuan Anh ceases to serve as a National Assembly Delegate, 15th Term — Permanent Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Thanh Man chaired the meeting on the afternoon of February 5.

Accordingly, pursuant to the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam; Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the National Assembly No. 57, which has been amended and supplemented by a number of articles under Law No. 65;

Pursuant to the Working Regulations of the National Assembly Standing Committee issued together with Resolution No. 29 dated December 12, 2022 of the National Assembly Standing Committee;

Pursuant to the opinion of the Politburo in Official Dispatch No. 9140 of the Central Party Office on personnel work; Pursuant to the opinion of the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in Official Dispatch No. 7518 dated February 1, 2024, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Khanh Hoa province in Official Dispatch No. 1974 dated February 1, 2024, the National Assembly Delegation of Khanh Hoa province in Official Dispatch No. 14 dated February 1, 2024;

Considering the application for resignation from the duties of a National Assembly deputy of Mr. Tran Tuan Anh dated January 30, 2024; based on Submission No. 16 dated February 2, 2024 of the Delegation Affairs Committee and the voting results of the National Assembly Standing Committee at the meeting on February 5, 2024, the National Assembly Standing Committee issued Resolution No. 972 on the resignation from the duties of a National Assembly deputy of the XV term for Mr. Tran Tuan Anh of the National Assembly Delegation of Khanh Hoa province, constituency No. 01 of Khanh Hoa province.

Previously, at the end of January 2024, the Party Central Committee agreed to let Mr. Tran Tuan Anh resign from his position as member of the Politburo and member of the 13th Party Central Committee .
