On the afternoon of September 26, Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Nguyen Van Nen presented the Politburo's decision approving Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Loc - member of the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, head of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee's Organization Board - to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Loc was born in 1970, hometown in Vinh Thuan district, Kien Giang province.
