(Dan Tri) - For the first time, cultural and historical heritage sites in Hanoi were illuminated using 3D Mapping technology. Last night, Quan Chuong Gate brought many new experiences to residents and visitors.
On the evening of November 24, at O Quan Chuong (Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi), a 3D Mapping art light show took place, bringing visitors a new and impressive experience from the combination of technology and the space of O Quan Chuong at night.
3D Mapping is a technique that uses light to create a 3D effect on the surface it comes into contact with to create interactive image blocks in 3D space, bringing a new and interesting visual experience to the viewer.
The event is part of a series of activities to orient the development of night tourism products in Hanoi, aiming to promote the advantages of night services to develop diverse and unique Hanoi night tourism products, contributing to increasing the experience for tourists.
Leaders of Hanoi City and Hoan Kiem District were also present to watch the light show at O Quan Chuong.
Images of cultural and historical heritage sites of Hanoi Capital such as Temple of Literature - Quoc Tu Giam, Hanoi Flag Tower, Bach Ma Temple... appear through light projection art, bringing visitors a new experience.

Mr. Tuan Dung (Hang Be Street, Hoan Kiem District) said he was very surprised when he accidentally passed by and saw the images of Hanoi's historical relics reflected on the surface of O Quan Chuong Gate. Mr. Dung believes that these activities will attract not only Hanoians but also many tourists to come and watch.
Similarly, Ms. Dieu Thuy (Hai Ba Trung District) shared that after reading information online, she and her daughter went to O Quan Chuong to see the light show. She herself was very excited to be able to capture images of Hanoi's famous landscapes and monuments from a very new perspective.
The light show at O Quan Chuong will take place from 8pm to 10pm on the evenings from November 24 to 26.
In addition, at 8pm from November 24 to 26 at 22 Hang Buom, residents and visitors will enjoy a performance of contemporary light art and folk music with the theme "Dialogue between light and architectural space".
