11th grade female student in Vinh city was beaten by a group and had to be hospitalized

Teacher Cao Thanh Bao - Principal of Ha Huy Tap High School (Vinh City), said that as of the afternoon of March 27, female student THMN (grade 11 C6) was still being treated in the hospital after being beaten by a group of seniors in the school. "Although the incident happened outside the school, after receiving the information, we also invited the parents of the students to work, and at the same time asked the students involved to make a report," said teacher Bao.

According to the Principal, stemming from a small conflict at school, at noon on March 26, PTTL (a female student in grade 12 D5) made an appointment with THMN (grade 11 C6) to go to Vinh Tan lake area to "talk".

The group of seniors from grade 12 had 5 people, while the group of victims had only 2 people, all of whom were students at Ha Huy Tap High School. When they arrived at the meeting place, MN was immediately beaten by the group of seniors. Among them, female student TL admitted to hitting MN in the face with a helmet. The victim was then taken to the hospital with facial injuries.

According to Principal Cao Thanh Bao, the female student who used a helmet to beat her junior in the first semester was also disciplined with the most severe form of suspension from school for a week, for participating in another fight. "Last time, this female student did not directly fight, but encouraged her boyfriend who was studying in the same grade to beat another student in the school. After that, the school disciplined both the female student and her boyfriend, but now this female student has reoffended," said Mr. Bao, adding that currently, in addition to the victim who is still in the hospital, 6 students involved in the fight have been suspended from school to work with the police.

"The school has also asked the students to honestly work with the police. After the police have a conclusion, the school will establish a disciplinary council to handle the matter," Principal Cao Thanh Bao added.

Not only at Ha Huy Tap High School, also on March 26, at Huynh Thuc Khang High School (Vinh City), there was a fight between students. According to 2 clips circulating on social media, 3 male students holding sticks, broomsticks... beat each other up in the middle of the classroom hallway and then out into the school yard. A female teacher who witnessed the fight tried to stop it but was helpless and had to leave.

Mr. Phan Xuan Phan - Principal of Huynh Thuc Khang High School said that the 3 students in the clip are 11th grade boys, studying in the same class. "The police have intervened in this incident, the school is not yet clear about the conflict," said Mr. Phan.

Also on March 26, another clip was circulated on social media, believed to be from students of this school. This clip recorded a male student wearing the same uniform as Huynh Thuc Khang High School punching and kicking another male student. Many students also wore similar uniforms, standing by and watching but did not intervene. The area where the fight took place was said to be in front of a game shop, not far from the gate of Huynh Thuc Khang High School.

Teacher Phan Xuan Phan said that because the incident happened outside the school area, the school is still verifying./.
