To effectively implement consumer rights protection activities, the leaders of the Department of Industry and Trade requested agencies, units, enterprises and consumers in the province to work together to build a healthy production and business environment; produce high-quality products at reasonable prices. Enterprises provide accurate and timely information about products and services so that consumers can exercise their right to inspect, supervise, be provided with information, and ensure that they make correct and safe purchasing decisions. Along with that, the authorities strengthen inspection, control and strictly handle law violators, creating favorable conditions for production and business enterprises to strictly comply with legal regulations. The Provincial Consumer Rights Protection Association continues to innovate the content and methods of operation towards protecting the legitimate rights and interests of consumers in the province.
